About the role:
The Grocery Coordinator is responsible to the Quality Assurance/Education Team Lead on shift for guidance and direction, and reports to the Program Managers. The Grocery (Clerk/Coordinator) provides groceries to the programs that promotes person centered, independent nutrition.
Qualifications and Responsibility:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Some heavy lifting required (up to 50lbs)
- CPR, Emergency First Aid
- Keep accurate inventory count
- Places orders based on current needs/inventory
- Accepting truck deliveries and putting items away
- Separating items to prepare orders for pick-up
- Coordinating pick-up times
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to problem solve
- Computer skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to collect and compile data
- Ability to contribute to a safe environment for co-workers and clients
- Communicates respectfully, openly and honestly
